b. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

c. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the cleaning service.

2. Pricing and Quotes:

a. Our pricing is based on average-sized rooms in average condition. Quoted prices assume standard cleaning requirements.

b. Additional charges may apply if extra time or effort is needed due to excessive dirtiness, larger room sizes, or specific cleaning requests not covered in our standard services.

c. Extra hours needed to complete the cleaning will be priced at an additional $20 per hour.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

a. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

b. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as equipment failure, staff availability, or emergencies. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and reschedule the appointment at a convenient time.

4. Liability:

a. While we take great care in providing our cleaning services, Icy Gleam Cleaning, its owners, employees, agents, or representatives shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during or as a result of our services, unless caused by our gross negligence.

b. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety and security of your premises and personal belongings during our service.

a. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Icy Gleam Cleaning and protected by intellectual property laws.

b. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
